I have paid all outstanding previous bills on my current number 9825021645 and another sim used for data having number 9825112047(this had due of 3582.77₹’ that was paid in full). However my cellphone 9825021645 is blocked for no reason since last 36 hours and I am only getting false assurances. I would like to know why this harassment is being done and why is your staff unable to resolve the issue ?
