I have applied a loan from cpay app and within 24 hours,Rs.50,000 credited to that app wallet without any consent of me. And now it shows pending EMI list upto 18 months. It also asks for insurance charges to transfer fund into bank account. They should deduct those charges and disimburse amount into account. I can’t cancel or the customer support is not responding even after numerous emails. Please help.
