The product is an N-95 anti-pollution Face mask Sold by lioncrown India and I ordered it on amazon and it costed me Rs.349 and as I ordered 2 units so the total cost was Rs.698.The date of order was 22nd march and the estimated delivery was 29th march. I can understand that it has been delayed because of lockdown but it’s almost 2 months now and despite telling the customer service of amazon thrice to cancel my order,they are still not refunding the money as well as it is causing me mental stress which is simply unacceptable.The place of delivery is bilaspur, Chhattisgarh which is a green zone and they don’t consider a safety mask essential enough to be delivered.
Kindly look into the matter and act asap.
