I took the No broker relax plan and paid Rs 4128 . I was told there are lot of good properties based on your requirements, the relationship manager will help you with. They assigned me a relationship manager called Nekitha and after that it has been an ordeal . The relationship manager is not at all proactive , even after telling her multiple times my requirements now they are like your required properties and area is not available. When i called their customer support to change my relationship manager or refund because when I have to do all the job of searching and contacting customer then why do I need a relationship manager then they just said we will put in a complaint about same to higher authority. So basically they have taken the money and whether they get me a house or not their purpose is served of filling their pocket. They list the most horrible properties which are in pathetic condition as premium properties. Never would recommend anyone to go through no broker and never fall in the trap of taking any of their plans. Total scam.
