Hello,
I am from dibrugarh Assam. I faced problem in my network for using internet as well as for phone calls from my home area from last june 2020. I called to 198 on 12 june 2020 and said the above matter with your officials, and they said that it was a technical problem and suggest me to wait till 24 june 2020. And ensure me that the problem will be solve by 24th of june 2020. But unfortunately the was not solved. Then again I called to 198 and that time they asked me to wait till 10 july 2020 n same technical problems. Again i called on 12 july that day they told me to wait for 48 hours but no result came out. Again i called on 30 july and the officials said me to wait for 10 hours. But no result came out. I again called to 198 today and briefly describe the whole matter i faced from june 2020, but no solution came out till now. Then the coustomr care executive again told me to wait upto 10 august 2020, n said the same problem that it is a technical issue n it will take time. Now i am very much disappointed about the service. As i am a very old user of airtel but today i am facing problems from last 2 months without any solution. It is a humble request to you please take some necessary action regarding my matter and kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.
