I have booked one ticket from travolook site they have cancelled it on 18th November i still not getting my refund and i have booked other ticket from same site and i have cancelled it Through indigo airlines so they have sent remaining amout to travel patner i.e travolook site so i need to get that money as well i called and spoke with the agent name “Malivika”
She told me i will get refund after 30 to 35 days so now i got to know that this a fraud site please help me to get back my money i am attaching everything below
