Text of Complaint by Vaishnavi lucky:

I bought a subscription from unacademy,I was basically manipulated by the counsellor. He told me that if jee exam is not cleared after 12th and if I take a dropI will get a free subscription in ICONIC,but when I talked with my mentor she said that nothing is like that.
2nd In ICONIC we have to pay 2x fees and we get physical notes,but the notes I received was tore, seal was broken. 3rd the new batch started from 1st july but the teachers are not teaching from starting they have merged few batches and there is continuation of batches we have to complete approx 40 lectures first as a backlog,then we will understand the live class..then what’s the meant of new batch.
I am totally unsatisfied with my subscription, I mailed them about my problem they sent few messages and now they are sending your problem is resolved. I was not informed about my counselor about no refund policy.
