On 12 september 2022 i have purchased OPPO K10 5G mobile phone but it is freezing and hanging so i have raised a return request and it is approved on 15 September 2022,i got return pickup date till 21september 2022 but on 18 September morning 5:50AM the return request is cancelled by courier partner without knowing my consent and without contact me. (actually 17 September 2022 was the last date to return the product as per flipkart 7 days return policy so now i can’t raise again return request).
I am providing related details of my product in the form of screen shots. kindly take a strict action against courier partner and flipkart company.
I am hoping for justice..
