I installed Airtel broadband at my home. It was a prepaid account. I paid for 6months at once. I never asked them to extend their service. I sent many emails to disconnect the broadband connection. Now, Airtel services says that there’s a due amount to be paid. I get more than 3calls a day saying that I need to pay so and so amount which is very annoying. My question is why do I have to pay the due when I requested them to disconnect and never asked them to extend the service. I did not opt for postpaid service for the very same reason
