Respected Sir/Mam,
I have ordered a boat earphone from Amazon on 18th July’2021 which was delivered to me by 23rd July,2021..Due to some buzz sound in hearing while on call I have put a replacement order..Then due to unavailability,I asked for the refund of my amount.. I called them nearly 7-8 times asking for my refund ..but everytime I received the same reply as “Sorry Sir, your money will reach you in the next 7-8 working days..”but now this is 50 days,am I haven’t yet received anything..
Please help me to get my money back..I bought that from my very hard work money to gift my cousin for his birthday..but the birthday was over a month ago,and I am still waiting for my money..please help me out
