Text of Complaint by Johnpeter:

I bought this mobile at 21 July 2021,and it worked properly but last February I got an update from the MIUI 13 and I updated it and from then onwards my mobile has been rebooting often and I checked with service center and the check my motherboard has gone due to that update which the company has given and that update came after my warranty time over ,but the company has given new mobile for that poco X3 pro within the warranty period,I want a replacement from the company because I didn’t do any harm to mobile but this problem only because they used a low quality motherboard chips
