My Airtel Prepaid Number Was In International Roaming Since Past One Year, But On 14th Feb 2021, The Network Services Were Suddenly Stopped By Deactivating The ICC-ID Of Sim Card Because Of Which I Am Not Able To Use The Number In IR Within Australia.
I Have Complained Several Times To Airtel, But There Is No Proper Complaint Number Being Given, Nor The Issue Is Being Looked At Seriously. Finally On 15th March 2021, One Month After The Network Was Stopped Abruptly And Complain Was Made, Airtel Appellate Authority Asked Me To Go To Karnataka Circle Office To Collect A Duplicate Sim, With No Explanation, Why The Network Services Were Stopped On An Active Connection With Globally Active IR Services, In The First Place.
Because Of This I Am Facing A Lot Of Financial Constraints In Doing My Regular Work, To The Tune Of Rs5000+
My Last IR Recharge Of Rs799 Was Done On 14th Feb 2021, When The Services Were Active With The Following IDs Through Pay TM Wallet Transaction Id- 32922613076 And Order Id- 21021441599.

Kindly Help Me And Resolve This Issue On Priority And Please Mediate To Resolve This Issue With Bharti Airtel As This Action Of Airtel Is Against Fair Quality Usage Policy, Even After Paying Optimally For The Service, The Consumer Was Forced To Face Financial And Mental Stress By Bharti Airtel.
Also There Is No Physical Or Network Related Damage Done To The Sim Card, And This Can Also Be Verified Physically And Technically Through Machine.
