Hi, I ordered vivo v9 youth mobile in paytm service through exchange my old mobile. The agreement is if I purchase new mobile in paytm we will pick your old mobile then paytm will deduct some amount for that old mobile. But I paid total amount I got new mobile but no one is came to pick my old mobile till now
