I bought mi 10w wall charger from Amazon but it stops working only after 10days use I visit mi service centre they denied to help as according to them it is duplicate charger then I contacted amazon customer care it told to submit a denial letter from service centre I visited again but service centre staffs refused to give denial letter now my charger adapter is waste plz help me by giving a denial letter or do any other solution as soon as possible otherwise this affects your customer believe.
