Text of Complaint by shalini upadhyay:

I ordered laptop 29th September 2019,after some time I had issue and then called amazon customer careĀ  before to expire my warranty date. They suggest to visit Lenovo I went there they told no warranty before last date. Again I called to customer care the asked me to submit Lenovo service center denied latter I went but they were are ready to give latter ,then again I called then at least provide me mail on same topic

they sent me mail ,that mail I sent to amazon customer care .From September onward i m calling them all time they give some reason to wait .after 6 month they now informing me that I claimed my issue late.

Even though I have prove ,I checked online in Lenovo site about my expiry that ,that prove I am attaching here too please lookout.

And I email to them many time no response .

Please resolve my issue ,either they provide me new laptop either give my money back.
