I have taken a loan from moneymaster which is a lending platform in lendmall app, the due date of repayment was on 12-11-2021 and I have made the complete payment which is of 9500rupees and the transaction was successful but the loan company saying that there is a problem with the server and they will update it it’s been 24 hrs and the payment was not updated yet and they are imposing a late fee on me even after paying the money and they are not even responding properly
