Good evening sir myself Arjun Kumar from Ramgarh Cantt Jharkhand 829122.I am working for Flipkart as distributor delivery in Ramgarh Cantt Jharkhand at camp area .I have started working in Flipkart through vendor grab from 26/Aug /2020 , I use to state that for any organisation their employer are really very important for them because they work in the ground level for the organisation currently I am also working as a delivery boy in Flipkart and under Manoj Kumar OUR new HI he is not understanding and employee problem and way of working and their critical situation that they are facing he is creating pressure among the employee for making the deliveries of other areas also till now I can see that several other old employee who was working for Flipkart from long time as a delivery boy has left the organisation due to his irresponsible behaviour and treatment because he is not treating the employee in a good way
I can ensure you that if you will see my report for daily working condition you will find that I am a hardworking and understanding employee and you will not find any complain against me but today due to his bad treatment to me and other employee and way of talking I just left the organisation for which I am feeling really very guilty I was not in the condition to leave the organisation as it is only the source of my earning the company has also reduced the prices for delivering the product to the customer it was earlier 15 rupees per parcel but currently I am getting 11 rupees for per parcel but still I was working for your organisation but you can also make an enquiry that other employee who are working as a delivery why I and other employee have left the organisation due to his is way of treating is not understanding any of the employee
It will be really very thankful for us who all are working in Ramgarh Cantt Jharkhand 829122 under Manoj Kumar to have an enquiry regarding my complain and look over my problem
Sir I have tried to complain about it on 17/12/2021 on cs@flipkart.com
But I did not get any reply or support from their,this time hope I will get some reply against my filed complaint
