dear sir…i am sandeep kumar from state- haryana, distic- hisar… i purchased a micromax Q395 24 oct,,,but after 1 week mobile showing many problem, like battry heating,,hanging,,no audio outoing,,finally i deposit my phone micromax custmer care center in hisar.. my job sheet create on 18 november 2015..as your policy your repairing and providing time is expire on 18 dec..2015,,i calling on your number 18605008286 about 40 times for aarange my call for seniors but i not recive any call from seniors .so i am not accept my old phone as your company policy and rules,,,,i want my same model Q395 new mobile..if your company dont provide me new phone i going to consumer court with my mobile bill and original jobsheet ,and all exucutive and your senior call recording, i cant recieve a satisfication mail from micromax…9729899168,,,plz find my attached job sheet number..N050029111520330127…thanku
