I had ordered a nightsuit from www.caratworld.com through an facebook advertisement it costed INR499. It did not have option for cash on delivery (cod) so I had to buy it through card. It do not have any customer help system it had a number to call but no one is receiving that call. I ordered it ago on 08th Aug 2020 still I don’t know where it is.
I request consumer court to help me with this and get my money back
