With due respect Sir, I am Abhishek Barua. Due to lock down I lost my job. So I searched on internet for a data entry filling job working from home. On 14 October, 2020 I got a message on my watsapp regarding Captcha filling job working at home. Company name: Zenith Solution, Gujarat. The agent who sent me message name is -Neha. Her phone number- 6357165215. Work was to complete total 10,000 Captcha in 10 days. Afterwards they called me by some random verification department and I agreed on it. Then they sent me an agreement paper. But on that fraud agreement paper there is no signature of mine. At that time I doubt that it is fraud company. So I didn’t started any work. I also told Neha madam that I cannot continue and not started any work. Please discontinue or relieve me from this job. She also you have to talk to helpline office. I did talked with help line centre They said that I would get a call from verification department. But eventually I did not got any calls from them. Now after so many days passed, on 28 October, 2020, I am getting a mail from some random fake Fraud advocate Rahul Krishnan that I cheated them. Now they are taking some legal action against me. His phone number is – 9726335569. When I checked his phone number, it is a scam number. The name is also different. Total 116 spam reports are aganist his number.
I come from a very poor financial background. To make some income for my family I agreed on this job. But unfortunately, I didn’t have any idea that the company Zenith Solution located at Gujarat would be Fraud. Along with company, lawyers are also fake. They have just not done with me this fraud scam. There are many like me out there, who got trapped in their Scam.
So Sir, I request you to take strict action aganist them who play and do Scam with those innocent people. From your behalf I request also to punish them and give lesson to them who constantly prey on poor innocent people, take advantage of their situation as well as put mental pressure on us.
Hence I duly request you to take some strict strong action on this regard.
