I had ordered puma rs 2k shoes on 08/06/23 which costed 2000 from an Instagram seller and firstly confirmed with him whether return/replace was available and he said yes and then I paid the 300 rupees in advance and he send my shoes by a courier (delhivery courier service) with C.O.D service and i got shoes on 12/06/23 and i pade rest 1700 rupees but he delivered different shoes of very cheap quality and when I addressed this problem to him he first left the messages on seen and after few hours he said that your product will be returned on Saturday then I was waiting for Saturday but no one came to pickup my product , and then he blocked my account on Instagram, and it’s phone number is +91 86024 71082 He took my 2000 rupees plz solve my problem..
