Hey my name is vikaas pandith staying kashmir Im facing issue since 1 month I haven’t received any resolution
And my problem didn’t solved yet
A similar incident happened with me a few days ago and even I’m trying to get it solved. I ordered Flipkart leather jacket but. I received the package after a few minutes. On opening I got to know that the order was totally different brand size color etc . I raised a complaint on Flipkart and they asked to link my bank account in their app to start the investigation process. No explanation was given on why this process is necessary but I had no choice but to link my bank account. After this I waited for a call from Flipkart and on the 3rd day, I decided to contact Flipkart to know the status. The representative who took the call conveyed that the investigation was over and according to them, the package was delivered. But I strongly told them ( as I already had proof ) that the product was different and quality issue . Then wishmaster started their drama they said first remove quality check and then I pick-up that they can’t do anything about it and can’t refund the amount as they don’t have the authority for that and they starts to moan with us and then when ask more about investigation or for a re-investigation they and customer care team are not responding properly,
And also i Understand my rights and the company’s responsibility when it comes to the wrong items. …
I called 8–9 times talked with different representatives and the end result were all same. Even a representative
And my only request Flipkart is to please give satisfiable solution to customers on these fraud cases rather than running away like a jackass as they are the one’s keeping you going before it’s too late.
