Hello,
I have purchase a 1.5 ton 5 star window daikin ac from LIGHT & SOUND ENTERPRISES, KRISHNA NAGAR. On 03-04- 2022. On 18 -07 -2022 it causes a gas leakage problem. So a technician come to check and make a report of gas leakage due to faulty colling coill On 19-07-2022.On 25 -07-2022 they take the unit to the workshop and change the colling coil.On 29-07-2022 there is another problem of LOUD NOISE come from the unit.Same technician come and resolve the problem.On 8-11-2022 I have done a service of unit with technician and shut it down for 5-6 month due to winter .On 16-08-2023 again there is a no coolling problem comes.For that I go to LIGHT & SOUND ENTERPRISES but they tell me to go to the service center.So I go to the service center and tell them the problem and saw them my bill and all six job card done by the technician from 03-04-2022 till 08-11-2022.The owner of UNIX DAIKIN AC SERVICE CENTER tell they will truly to help me and they send a EMAIL to the DAIKIN company later.After 2 days I go to the service center to know my query and they said they will change unit cooling coil but gas will be chargeable Till 21-08-2023 I made a 2-3 round to the service center but they always said wait and wait. So on 22-08-2023 I call to the MR. KAWALJEET JAWA JI MD AND CEO of daikin india office and P A of Mr JAWA ji said that she will do the best for me.With 5 to 6 hours a team from Unix ac service center come and they took back my unit with them.
SO NOW MY REQUEST TO MR JAWA JI IS THAT THEY WILL CHANGE THEIR FAULTY UNIT AND GIVE ME A NEW 1.5 TON 5 STAR WINDOW AC FREE OF COST.
