I have purchased fast tag of airtel online, I received my fast tag but when I reached at toll plaza I found my tag has not activated , it shows low balance, while in my airtel wallet all ready more than 11hundred rs, my vehicle number is BR01FU2135, the hight is that call on toll free number more than 10 time in 2 days, but did not received my call, when I reached at kushinagar toll plaza, one of the airtel agent told me that, I can provide you new card but again I will charge money, I was very much harassed by Airtel, I think customer care of these institutions are very poor. The vehicle is registered on my wife name, Babita singh
