I am a user of postpaid since last year and I paid all the dues on time but the amount is not deducted in my postpaid and it’s decreasing my cibil score so much without any reason I complain to paytm around 15 times from last 10 months but there is no solution and the late fees are adding again and again I only use 4000 rupees and I paid around 9000 till now since it’s not deducted from my postpaid the amount is increasing day by day in my postpaid and I don’t know how to correct this
