I purchaged a mobile oppo f9 pro from paytm mall with exchange offer .
My exchange mobile was 1 year old and have small dent which can be neglect because i am not giving a new mobile for exchange but they rejectected .
When i called paytm care they assured me that your exchange product will pick up.
After that i called care more than 5 times but they replied “your case is highlighted pls wait ”
I have waited more than 15 days but problem not solved yet
