Hi I bought a conybio t shirt small which is not fitting when asked for exchange they refused saying it is non returnable. Being a senior citizen We do not know about this non returnable or returnable product . We have bought many items in Amazon . The product that does not fit how can one wear and the money is not small amount. As a senior citizen of India I ask the concern person to escalate this to Amazon boss Jeff . So that he will consider this on humanity basis and allow for the product exchange or to return the cost
