I was completing tasks .
A task shows up ,I recharge and pay for the task ,suddenly the amount and order gets frozen and another order takes place worth nearly 10k INR . I contacted my customer care ad they said to recharge again. I didn’t had the amount . So they both freeze . After waiting for 30 days the countdown stops and the order is still frozen .
I asked for help from my customer care support but he said he couldn’t . Help me please .
