I have ordered 1 red embroidery salwar suit on 20th may and paid amount at that time,I received information through mail and clearly mentioned my details like address etc.I thought they updated wrong address of mine that’s why I have not received any product but I got msgs from shiprocket courier service but didn’t get proper information from them at last on 28th,i sent amail to them(in the mentioned like I have waited for ur product because of the transport issue i have not received yet so cancel my order and return my amount.),i haven’t received money and any information from them ,such bad communication they are providing to people.
