Hi, I paid the full amount for the dress and ordered ones I received the product I am not satisfied and not happy because in the video they showed nice hand work but I received not good machine work embroidery there I am shocked and chatted with the person they do not reply properly and not giving a good speech and I asked its different design and stitching is not complete I call but they would not reply to me I paid 678rs it’s a total waste for me and I am very upset they do not bother abt customer I am disappointed service so kindly take action and help me
