Hello,
My loan ID is DMI0014491740
I have paid all my EMI’s in advance.
My loan amount is completed but now my phone is blocked and it’s showing me that I have due EMI.
Please help me out as soon as possible because I not able to use my phone.
From past 3 days my phone is locked and from past 3 days i m trying customer service number and no one is picking up the call. I have all proofs and records of the calls that they are mischiefing with me and i think from other customers aswell.
My phone is totally blocked from 3 days.
I m very much stressed and this some type of mental harassment they are doing.
Nobody is helping, retailer where i purchased the phone, not the samaung customer care nor DMI.
