Whenever I placed an order from Amazon they are cancelling my product without informing me
There is no delivery address issues because I have got product on that address before from Amazon
Even I have prime membership after that they are not providing door step delivery and asking to come 6-7 km far away from my address to get my product even I’m going there but when I go there they automatically cancelled my product without informing me
All the time products are showing out for delivery but when I go there in my order section it shows that your product has been returning to seller
This incident happened to me more than 25 times
I have made complaints to Amazon customer service more than 15 times but they didn’t give me any resolution all the time they say okay we’ll raise a complaint regarding this but when I ask for previous complaints they don’t provide any resolution
Even I’m getting door step delivery from another platform and sometimes I got door step delivery from Amazon itself but from last 25 order they are cancelling my order without informing me without contacting me
