This is the issue of a newly bought Royal enfield Motorcycle which is only 1800Kms Driven
i am continuesly facing a serious issue in the front side of the motorcycle that is when the front wheel shock become active while hitting th gutter in the road there producing a hitting sound from the shockabsorber. It is very difficult to ride in this condition.we just informed to the showroom for clearing the defects but not yet cleared. The issue is becoming worst daybyday.There is no value for money which customers are paying to the company. Kindly take this as a serious issue.Another issue is rusted parts in the motorcycle which is only one month old
Concerned team get in touch with the customers but they cant clear the issue completely. We the customers of TBX Mailed a mass compliant to the royal enfield mail last week. Recall our motorcycle and clear the defect completely otherwise give the money back !
