I have taken an unlimited plan of airtel to all local, std and roaming calls in india.
Why airtel has deduct my balance when I call to bank customercare no. And airtel customercare people saying its a special no.
I want to know what is the use of unlimited plan if i cannot contact to customercare of bank.
