I have ordered amesterdam engineered wood queen bed from bloody behenchod Flipkart on 15 nov 2022 vide Order ID – OD226535987131729000 bed ang got it delevered on 01 dec 2022. On 02 dec 2022 technician Suraj Kumar from jeevees visited for installation and when he opened the parcel we found that the product inside is damaged. At the same time technician from his end cancelled the installation and initiated return request of the product. On 04 dec 2022 technician visited to check the defect and reported to Flipkart and then pickup of product was scheduled for 06 dec 2022 but the product was not picked up. Contacting Flipkart customer support several times they failed to resolve the issue and again on 10 dec 2022 a Flipkart customer support executive from her end initiated the return for the product and assured me of technician visit and pick up of the product. On 11 dec 2022 again technician Vikram Kumar from Jeeves visited and reported to Flipkart back end team but still till now the product was not picked up. And today on 13 dec 2022 return was rejected.
