I have claim my shell  amount aginst spicejet flight booking

PNR NO is mentioned below QCNVPW .  DATED 06 MAY 2020

Flipkart booking ID-FF 200 214 5047179 Dated 14 feb20

I want to reschedule my ticket with same passengers detail.

On 13 December 2020 at time 14:00 to 1800 hrs flight and travel station is silchar to new delhi as booked in last ticket . I am regularly in contact with you from 16 November 2020 but your response is nothing or very poor.

If this time your company is not come out with solution of my problem (Reschedule of my tickets)

I will take legal action against your company in consumer court.

Please resolve my issue  because
