I ordered a jeans from paytm on 27/12/2020 which was delivered on 03/01/2021. Due to size issues I wanted to exchange the item with bigger size but it automatically got exchanged for the size which was ordered.
It was written that the replacement would be shipped when the order is collected. It took 3 days to approve return only. Yesterday I saw on the app that the item was out for pickup but failed. Today also I saw the same info on the tracking page but I never received any message nor a call from any delivery agent. And again today on the tracking page it was written that return rejected because the item was tampered or something was missing. This is something not tolerable. Kindly look into the concern and take some serious actions if needed.
