i anagha vedpathak have paid my postpaid bill and want to close my vodafone account. but the concerned authorities are demanding various documents for closure. as a result my account is activated month after month therby i have to unnecesarily pay for the postpaid plan . plz look into this matter . as we have to close the account and deactivate , and instead we are paying montly for postpaid service.
