I Snehal Bhingude had ordered a Mobile realme x7 max from flipkart Order ID – OD122089217306451000 on 18th of june and expected delivery was to be done on 21st june but it got delayed till 26 june .Already this delay happened and it was a prepaid order so i was waiting for the delivery. And same day i got message that my refund process has been started and your order has been cancelled .that too without informing me. they cancelled my order. for which i had paid Rs 26999. i had ordered my second mobile OD122115272387538000this is order id on 21st junw the date of delivery was 23rd but they have cancelled my order after 8 days wait. When i enquired about product tracking to their customers care service everytime they are giving different reasons like one says product has got misplaced, one says it is damaged and so many…. many times they committed me to deliver product on same day but nothing hashappened till now. i have again ordered the same mobile considering their issues and paid Rs 26999 to them. but I’m experiencing same problem again.they are just taking money keeping it with them and giving it back without providing any service. again when i demand speefy delivery they gave me false promises to give penalty charge for late delivery sometimes 50% discount sometimes 20% some says 2000 rs gift voucher. everything is nothing but a series of lie. they are just fooling us by doing this. And finally they have cancelled our all mobile orders by saying that we cannot place more than 1 mobile order on flipkart butwhy they accepted my order and made me wait for so long??? Kept my money for more than 10 days. so please do something this is a mental harassment to the customers.now i have paid them 35248 Rs and they haven’t provided any service.we ordered mobiles for study purpose of our children. and going through so many problems.
