Dear Sir / Mam ,
I Am Ujjwal Sarkar A Permanent And Registered User Vodafone Network And Of Your Service. Many Time I Am Happy to Use Your Network And Services. I Recharged My Mobile With 199/- Rs, Every Month. But One Time I Recharge My Mobile No With 35/- Rs, Due To Some Of My Problem. After The Recharge I Know That What Should Be I Received ( 100-Mb Internet, 26/- Talk Time, And 2.5 p/Sec ). Now Call Charge Does Not Match With Call Rate, So I Was Contact Vodafone Customer Care As 198, There A Lady Told Me That I Have Not Recharge Any Roaming Pack And That Reason Call Charge Does Not Same As Call Rate. She Also Told Me That A Roaming Charge Have To Chargeable Between WestBengal And Kolkata Circle, That I Was Shocked!!. Why Is This Possible??
