Today as December 2 2025 the neugo bus drivers and conductor didn’t contacted me as where to exactly come at what time the bus will come and without my prior knowledge the bus with number DL51GD7359 left me and also the staff talked with me very rudely in an aggressive manner last time also the bus made me wait for 1 hour and again this time due to this my train also got missed the behaviour of the staff and service is just very bad i would never travel again in neugo please make my refund and do something.
