Hello Airtel Team,
This is inform to you that i had purchased a new broadband connection for which today i have called to your customer care where i want some changes in running plan but they are unable to do same.
If you will check my contact no 9873290645 where i am using your services from last many years and on good faith i purchased a broadband connection as well beacuse of network problem in my area and already registered a complaint for low connectivity in mobile network which is yet to resolve.
Now for my broadband connection i want to change degarde plan from today onwards because i dont have low usage of 799 broadband. For this concern i had asked to your cc executive but there is no amicable reply on same. Or if you are not able to done please share me the refund procedure of my broadband connection and i will also going to port my airtel no as well because other service provider giving me better services on low amount.
Marking mail since last 10 days but delivery failed in all mail ids as given on website
