Actually i have ordered 2 pairs of shoes one is black double monk ( size 8) and the other one is tan colour double monk shoes (size 7)from the same seller in amazon on 16th December 2022,
Here the issue is i received black double monk shoes on 23rd December 2022,i asked the delivery boy where is the another one ??he said may be it will deliver tomorrow sir.then he asked OTP to close the order in his app, then i asked him without delivering the product how can i say OTP to you ?he said tomorrow it will delivered to you, then the same otp will apply sir,you may not worry ,but till date I haven’t received the product,spoke to customer service,chat with few agents but they said we will investigate,now they are telling that the investigation is done, no refund will come,please help me out of this and refund me asap,tq
