I had ordered my Dog food that was worth 5000 INR and it was supposed to be 8kgs, all i got was toilet tissues, Since this delivery is OTP based, the Amazon Customer team is not helping me and causing me unneccessary panic and its already 3rd time im calling them today, The specialist team in Amazon is telling that since the order is OTP based, they claim that the order is delivered to me in intact and they cannot refund my issue.
