I had trusted airtel… but now they are just money makers… suddenly my mother sim got dead. I HAD called to airtel customer service, but those two ladies don’t know anything, they just told to go to service center, and I went to service center and took a sim it’s a 2 days still sim is not activated, if we call to customer service, they say to go to service center…. they WHY customer service is there if they are just giving the suggestions without trouble shooting anything
