My airtel dth had video problem and I registered complaint for that on 4rth May 19 and daily continues follow up they did not resolved my problem in 10 days then I resolved my problem though private technician and paid much price for that.
Airtel customer care, service engineer and area manager did not respond and sending messages for that till the date and appointing engineer for resolve my problem.
I waited approx 10 days and daily call so many times but they didn’t respond and every time close my complaint with remark that they resolve my problem on phone
