Hi Team,

I want the team support against the wrong doing of my digital TV service provider – Airtel DTH.
TRAI guideline clearly states that I have time till 31st March’2019 to choose my channel pack which I want to see. But my pack has already been changed and I am forced to watch channels without my consent and without any prior notification.

Please note that I was on Infinite HD plan of INR 5999/- which gives me access to all channels for 1 year. I took this on 9th Sept’18 but due to TRAI guideline had to be change in new format before 31st March’19. But now itself my plan was changed on 15th Feb’19 without my consent and Airtel CC has not giving me any solution.
I need the team support to find a resolution to the problem as in-spite of the extended deadline by TRAI – my provider is giving me troubles.
