Dear Concern,
My name is kapil Patel and I am having 2 airtel post paid numbers , 9867033370 ( primary Number) and 9867083266 ( is the secondary number for my wife). As i was travelling to Ghana since December 2019 and i have paid for the Bill for 9867083266 in Jan or February 2020 after that not paid any bill and i have not received any email for the permenant disconnection of the number from Airtel. On 24th June 2020 i called the universal toll free number and paid the dues of 1764 for the same number which they have acknowledge as well. Now when I called again in the night at they said that this number can not be activated without visiting the Airtel store in India although no such things have een informed in morning while i made the payment. I have not taken any reference number for morning call but the reference for the current call is agent name shoaib ahmed —- 31-3082332344407.
The agent said he can not connect me to Senior as they work with half capacity, and i told him that i am not in India then also he said he can not help me.
I want to start my number please help me. I am not in India i am in Ghana.
