I have bought a Sony hardisk from Paytm before 6 months and it is having a warranty for 3 years. Now the hardisk is not working. I gave the hardisk to Sony service centre for claiming warranty. They told me that this hardisk is given as free with Bravia tv . Then onwards I’m trying to contact paytm,but my messages are not delivering to them . I’m having the warranty rejection letter from the service centre. I want refund for my product.
