From an advertisement I ordered for one kurti from sasta bazar in surat through what’sup and they replied me to send the money and gave them the screenshot of the payment done. I paid rs.199 initially for one set of kurti the they replied back to send 100rs as shipping charges. Initially they said that the shipping charges are free. Then I enquired about that and they said that free shipping charge is only for buying 2kurits . So I ordered another one and also payment was done . total 398rs paid.After sending the screenshot they didn’t ask for the size or payment address. I Messeged again and again . No responses. I Messeged lot of tym and called up, they didn’t pick up the call but they are seeing the messeges that I had sent, but no responses. So plz take necessary actions and plz bring back my money as soon as possible. It’s my humble request.
